Domestic orders (Australia-wide) are processed within 2 business days; you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your purchase is on its way.

We ship all orders via Australia Post using their Express Post service.

Within Australia shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order.

Free shipping for orders over $300 .

Every order is sent via express post and shipping time frames vary.

  Please allow 2 + business days for regional areas.

Cuspi is not responsible for packages that go missing or are stolen once delivered, so we recommend specifying a residential or business address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours. That way you receive your exciting new purchase with peace and mind and on the day of delivery.

International delivery charges do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or any other fees that may be charged in the country where the order is received. Please note these fees are not included in the price of your Cuspi order.

Responsibility for this lies with the customer. By law, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited from marking the order as a “gift” even if you intend to purchase. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information regarding this.


Packing and shipping

All Cuspi correspondence and branding including swing tags, postcards and posters are printed on recycled paper and our online orders are wrapped using either compostable or recyclable packaging, including the packing tape.
